How to use/ ご使用方法
Place 3 drops on left wrist and gently rub the wrists together. Extend arms above head, giving the energies away to the world. Then gently bring hands in and cross wrists over crown area and then cross over each of the chakras, stopping to rest over the heart chakra for a few moments. Continue down and give the energies to the earth. Then bring the energies all the way up the front of the body by moving the hands in backward circles from the feet to the crown. Finally bring your palms together at the forehead and deeply inhale the Quintessence 3 times. Excellent when used before prayer or contemplation, meditation, as a means of developing stillness and when receiving holistic treatments such as reiki, massage, spiritual healing, etc. Daily use is recommended.
- 手の手首に三滴落とし、優しく両手首をすり合わせます。そのクイントエッセンスのエネルギーを感じます。
- エネルギーを感じ、準備が出来たら、両腕を頭上にます。そのとき両腕は、自分に両腕と背骨のところから伸びる天使の翼のようになったと想像し、アストラル フィールドに翼があるのを感じてください。
- それから優しく頭の上で両手を交差させながら、天使の翼を羽ばたくように動かします。そうするときに自分に起きる感じを味わいます。
- 今度は翼を開いたり閉じたりイメージし続けながら、両腕を交差させるように動かしながら降ろしていきます。
- 頭頂から、額の前の第三の目、喉のまえあの第五チャクラの前、というふうに、それぞれのエネルギー センターのところで両手首を交差させながら、眉、喉と降りていき、ハートのところまできて両方の翼を休めます。
- しばらくハートのところで休んで……、自分の準備が出来たら、両腕を下の方に移動させながら、両手首を太陽神経叢の上、ハラの上、第一チャクラの上と交差させて、母なる大地にまで降ろします。
- それから、ちょうど手前に向かって糸車を回すような感じで、両手を逆向きのスパイラルで巻き戻しながら、身体の前面を両手で上に向かってたどり直して、もう一度エネルギーを世界に送り出すところまで戻ります。
- 最後に、両の手のひらを額の所で合わせ、鼻の前に手首がくるようにします。三回深呼吸しながら、自分の身体の寺院の中にクイントエッセンスを深く吸い込みます。

How to select
You may begin by simply choosing a colour or energy which most resonates with you. For deeper work, we suggest that you peruse the Equilibrium bottles to discover the colour combination you are most drawn to; this will be the first bottle in your Personal Colour Code. The colour of the bottom fraction of this bottle represents the colour ray of the quintessence that you may find helpful to work with. This Quintessence will help to draw the unique wisdom and beauty shimmering within your unconscious into all levels of your being. If there is a bottle that you choose consistently in first position over a lengthy period, this could indicate that it may be your Soul Bottle and therefore the colours of your Soul Ray or True Aura. In this case, working with the Quintessence indicated by the colours in the base fraction of this bottle can show an alignment with that Master energy and those qualities which can be invoked from deep within your own being.
